- 1:1 Coaching - There are a variety of coaching packages available to suit your individual needs. From regular weekly, monthly reviews to kick-start sessions or just a one-off.
- Take Control of Your Time E-course - Get more done in less time. From setting goals to reducing your procrastination, from planning to paperwork. Crammed full of tips and strategies to give you more time and less stress.
- Time Management Workshops - Run as either half-day or full day workshops covering a variety of different topics and include training, practical exercises and group discussion. Follow-up after the sesssions to ensure what you've learnt sticks.
