A really effective coaching programme – provides support, motivation and accountability, offers insight and provides a sounding board for you to discuss new ideas, challenges and issues. Create challenging and exciting goals to give you or your team the kick-start they need.

Business Strategy and Personal Productivity Sessions
A half or full-day session at your own premises where we’ll focus on creating a clear and focused structure for you and your business.
- Clearly identify your current challenges.
- Develop a routine to increase your productivity.
- Come up with simple weekly actions lists, so you know what you need to do on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Increase your productivity.
- Improve your prioritisation.
- Reduce daily distractions and interruptions.
- Developing a clear business vision and strategy for the next 12 months.
Includes: 4 weeks of unlimited email support after the session.
Plus: Follow-up Phone Session(s). Arrange a 60 minute follow-up phone (or Skype) session at any time within the next 4 weeks after the session – or two 30 minute sessions. Review your action plan, discuss a specific challenge, track your progress.
Half day sessions are usually scheduled from 10am to 1.30pm or 1.00pm to 4.30pm.
Full day sessions are usually scheduled from 9.30am until 4.30pm with a one hour lunch break.
Monthly Success Coaching
A dedicated 60 minute success coaching session once or twice a month will give you the benefit of ongoing motivation, support and accountability. Achieve greater success, stay on track and focus on the results you want. Improve your life, your work and your business in less time.
- Focus on your monthly targets.
- Make sure you’re working on the ‘right’ things.
- Weekly or Monthly progress update form.
One to one coaching takes place over the phone or via Skype, so location is not a limiting factor. I work with clients in different countries and across timezones.
Face to face coaching is also available, especially for an initial session or if you prefer on a more regular basis. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Tailored, flexible packages
Coaching packages can be tailored to suit your requirements from 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes once a week, to two hours once a month. As coaching usually takes place over the phone or via email, distance is no limitation and sessions can also be scheduled to suit different time-zones.
